Scott Agthe’s more than 21 years of focused practice in the area of labor and employment law, as well as in the unique nonsubscriber field, uniquely qualify him to arbitrate wrongful discharge, retaliation and discrimination cases, as well as nonsubscriber work injury negligence actions and ERISA benefit claim disputes.  Mr. Agthe’s experience and qualifications are reflected by his Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, his many years as a speaker and writer on nonsubscriber issues, his experience testifying to and working with the Texas Legislature on nonsubscriber legislation and issues, and his recognition for high ethics and excellence as reflected by his AV-Peer Rating and his admission to the Texas Bar Foundation.
