The Firm respects your privacy. Agthe Law, P.C. (“Firm”) will protect your non-public personal information disclosed to us in accordance with the terms of this notice. The Firm reserves the right to amend this notice from time to time. This notice has not been amended since December 12, 2008.

Restrictions on sharing of information.

The Firm’s Web Site does not collect any personally identifiable information from you through this Web Site other than information that you voluntarily submit to us. Except as required by law or expressly authorized by you, the Firm will not provide, share, sell or rent any personally identifiable information regarding you to any third parties, except as stated herein.

Newsletter subscriber information.

The Firm contracts with an e-mail distribution service (“Firm’s E-mail Contractor”) to send its newsletter by e-mail. If you request to subscribe to the Firm’s newsletter, the information will be shared with the Firm’s E-mail Contractor solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter or other communications from the Firm to you. The Firm’s E-mail Contractor represents that it “will never share, sell, or rent your personal account information or subscriber data with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.”

Use of information.

Any personally identifiable information that you submit to us will be used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries or requests made by you and providing any services or information requested by you, to include but not limited to subscribing to the Firm’s newsletter. To the extent necessary to protect this Web Site and/or our clients and former clients, we may collect and disclose your IP address.

The Firm protects the non-public personal information of its clients, former clients and newsletter subscribers by maintaining and contracting for physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our obligations under applicable professional standards and rules of ethics.
