Agthe Completes Director Role at
Texas Association of Business.
Scott Agthe completes his three year term on the board of directors for the Texas Association of Business (TAB) on December 31, 2008. He will continue to be active in 2009 on various TAB committees. For example, in 2009 the nonsubscriber legislative review committee will again be active monitoring bills proposed during the Texas Legislative session that may impact the option of employers to opt out of the workers' compensation system. Agthe is also involved with the TAB arbitration subcommittee.
